To change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and send an email to info@vikings-hockey.com. If you have made a customization and the racket is already in production, we can neither change nor cancel your order.

Additionally you can pay via prepayment. The individualization of your racket will start as soon as we receive your payment. Therefore please transfer the invoice amount promptly.

The delivery time for rackets is about 4-6 weeks, because every racket is individually made.

Sticks
You can personalize your racket with your name and number without regard to a minimum order quantity. Adding the team logo is only free of charge if you order 2 rackets. Otherwise you will have to pay 20,00€ design fees. For this we need the corresponding logo as vector file or as PDF. You can easily add the logo during the order process.
The designations tell you where the flex zones of the racket are located. In our case the zone can either be in the area of the lower hand (mid-kick) or just before the transition to the clubface (low kick). The different flex zones have a corresponding effect on the puck feeling and the speed of your shots. Mid-kick clubs are perfect for power forwards and defenders. Low kick rackets are suitable for snipers with a quick release. Quick Release.
In addition to customization, you can determine the type of grip, the type of blade coating and the length of the club.

Yes, we have a small selection of the most common racket variants for testing on site. However, at the moment we are unfortunately not able to serve every single customer with a test club.
