Warranty

The following warranty conditions apply to Vikings field hockey sticks.

We grant a guarantee of 30 days (from receipt of the goods). 

All our sticks go through several stages of our meticulous quality control. Nevertheless, unexpected material problems may occur.

Our warranty policy only applies to defects caused by production and material defects. Improper use, e.g. hitting the goal with a stick, is not covered by the warranty.

Wear is not a material defect

Due to the high intensity of the sport of ice hockey, the material is subject to a high degree of wear and tear. You train 1-3 times a week and have 1-2 games every weekend. Wear and tear of the equipment cannot be avoided here.

But if there is a material defect during the warranty period, we will check the defect and help you with pleasure. Should it really be a material defect, you will of course receive a replacement according to the guidelines. 

 

Claiming the warranty

1. Contact

If you would like to claim your warranty, please contact us by email at info@vikings-hockey.com.

We need the following information from you:

Name

Date of purchase

Warranty code on the racket

invoice number

Description of the material defect

Images of the error

2. Review

In the second step we will check your warranty claims and try to identify the cause. 

If it is not clear from the pictures whether this is a material defect, we ask you to send the hockey stick to Vikings Hockey. We will always stay in contact with you. The shipping costs are paid by the customer.

3. Feedback

We will inform you about our examination as soon as possible. Should the warranty claim occur, we will replace the racket once. The customer bears the shipping costs.
